On Monday, People magazine revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have undergone a significant reorganization of their public relations team. Miranda Barbot, previously Director of International Communications, has been promoted to Vice President of Programs and Media Operations. She joined the Sussex team in 2022 after a notable collaboration with Barack Obama during his 2012 campaign.

In her wake, Kyle Boulia and Charlie Gipson take the reins of communication, supervised by Ashley Hansen, the couple’s press officer. Charlie Gipson, based in the United Kingdom, hints at a possible return of the couple to the British or European scene, thanks to commercial and audiovisual initiatives.

The couple also has projects with Netflix, for which they signed a substantial contract in 2020. This partnership includes the creation of content around polo, cooking, and gardening. Moreover, Meghan Markle is collaborating with Lemonada Media to develop new podcasts, continuing the success of her podcast Archetypes, and is launching her brand American Riviera Orchard, specializing in cooking and lifestyle items.

Kyle Boulia, based in Los Angeles, enriches the team with his experience in the Hollywood entertainment industry, having previously worked for United Talent Agency. His commitment to diversity and inclusion has been notably recognized. With these changes, the Sussexes hope to strengthen their media presence and their influence in the audiovisual sector, and even more.
