Burglary at Singer Vitaa’s Home: A Shock for the Family

The singer Vitaa burglarized and held hostage with her family

Vitaa, the renowned singer, fell victim to a disturbing burglary at her home in Rueil-Malmaison on the night of December 19 to 20. She, her husband, Hicham Bendaoud, and their three children aged 12, 10, and 15 months were present during this horrifying incident.

The Nanterre prosecutor’s office confirmed the opening of an investigation by the Puteaux police station following this theft perpetrated by several individuals. According to information reported by PurePeople, the burglars allegedly entered the house through the terrace. Armed, they threatened the family and even locked the children in a room while they committed their crime.

The thieves’ loot included luxury bags and high-value jewelry, although the total amount of the theft has not yet been estimated. This incident occurs in a context where the end-of-year holidays are often marked by an increase in burglaries, particularly home-jackings.

This burglary raises concerns about the safety of public figures and their families, especially during periods when residences can be considered potential targets by burglars. The ongoing investigation aims to clarify the circumstances of this act and identify the culprits.
