The Nanterre prosecutor’s office confirmed the opening of an investigation by the Puteaux police station following this theft perpetrated by several individuals. According to information reported by PurePeople, the burglars allegedly entered the house through the terrace. Armed, they threatened the family and even locked the children in a room while they committed their crime.
The thieves’ loot included luxury bags and high-value jewelry, although the total amount of the theft has not yet been estimated. This incident occurs in a context where the end-of-year holidays are often marked by an increase in burglaries, particularly home-jackings.
