
Noëmie Honiat, born on February 6, 1989, in Versailles, is a renowned pastry chef. She became known to the general public by participating in the show Top Chef on M6. Since then, she has managed to establish her talent and passion for pastry.
Promising Beginnings
From adolescence, Noëmie developed a passion for cooking. She joined the Paul-Augier Hotel School in Nice, where she obtained a Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality, followed by a BTS option B (Culinary Arts and Table Service) and an additional mention as a Restaurant Dessert Cook. She completed her internships in prestigious establishments such as the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes and the Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

In 2012, at only 22 years old, Noëmie participated in season 3 of Top Chef, where she placed fifth. She returned in 2014 for season 5 and reached the final, finishing in third place. These participations brought her national fame and opened new opportunities.

A Diversified Career
After her television appearances, Noëmie partnered with her companion, chef Quentin Bourdy, to take over the family hotel-restaurant "L’Univers" in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. Together, they earned two toques in the Gault&Millau and a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide. In 2016, they opened a second establishment, "Le Jacques a dit."
Media Presence and Commitments
Noëmie continues to share her passion through various media appearances. In 2018, she appeared as a judge on the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier and, in 2019, she hosted the Netflix program C’est du gâteau! (Nailed It! France). Since 2023, she has been a judge on the show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France on M6.
A Fulfilling Personal Life
Married to Quentin Bourdy since 2014, the couple has two children: a son, Zacharie, born in 2016, and a daughter, Evie, born in 2017. Despite a busy schedule, Noëmie places great importance on her family life and manages to balance her professional and personal commitments.

Recently, during the broadcast of season 12 of La Meilleure Boulangerie de France, Noëmie had to temporarily step away for professional reasons. She reassured her fans via a video on Instagram, explaining that her colleague Chiara Serpaggi would replace her for four weeks.
