Former french TV columnist Hapsatou Sy has been declared personally bankrupt for a period of ten years. This decision was made by the Nanterre commercial court last February. She is accused of "serious management faults" and of not keeping accounts for her company Résilience productions, which has been in judicial liquidation since 2021.
The company has accumulated a debt of nearly 600,000 euros. Among the debts, more than 220,000 euros to the tax authorities, 40,000 euros in unpaid rent, and 50,000 euros in Urssaf contributions. The court also accuses Hapsatou Sy of diverting assets from Résilience productions to another of her companies, Atypic Beauty World, without financial compensation.
Hapsatou Sy, partner of Vincent Cerutti, contests this decision, calling it "disproportionate". She has appealed, claiming that her health problems prevented her from properly managing her company. She blames the liquidator, a certain Christian, for not responding to her requests.
The entrepreneur, also faced with financial disputes with her other companies, does not give up. She recently launched a new communication consulting company, Le bureau des fourmis. Because of her status, her father is the official manager.
While waiting for the appeal judgment, the beautiful Hapsatou remains determined to pursue her projects despite the obstacles. She continues to share her difficulties and successes with her many followers on social networks.
